From romantic getaways to fun-filled family holidays, our rooms are the perfect place to relax and unwind with loved ones. We also have a limited number of dog friendly rooms available upon request, and our location in the heart of the North Norfolk countryside is perfect for four-legged friends.
Each room features a super king size bed (or twin beds if preferred), 32" digital TV, in room safe, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, free WiFi, White Company toiletries, tea and coffee making facilities, a bottle of fresh milk and filtered water.
Flexible Cancellation Policy - Supporting your plans
We know that flexibility is what our guests are looking for right now.
Our non refundable booking deposit is £50.00 per person.
We will refund your deposit and waiver cancellation fees for COVID related restrictions & if there is a further lockdown.
If you have covid symptoms and cannot travel, we will move your booking once for you to an alternative date.
Cancellations made after 3pm, 2 days before arrival will be charged at the balance of the first night, debited from your payment card taken at the time of the booking.

Our beautifully furnished Small Standard Rooms are located on the first floor. With cosy 5ft beds, these rooms are the perfect place for couples or solo travellers to relax in style after a day of exploring the Norfolk countryside.

We have travel cots for little ones which are available free of charge. We can also provide put up beds for children aged 11 and under for an additional cost of £45 per child, including breakfast.

Well behaved dogs are warmly welcomed in all areas of the hotel, with the exception of our restaurant. Several of our rooms are pet friendly and are available for an additional charge of £15.00 per dog per night.
