This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever visited. We held our wedding here, with 4 dogs in tow, and had an amazing time. The food is incredible - breakfast was great, the staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful and the food tasted delicious. The food at our wedding breakfast was also delicious and perfectly cooked. Not a single complaint from anyone. The wedding organiser Becki was helpful, organised and friendly. She made us feel as though anything we wanted was possible and dealt with all the last minute changes and our disorganisation with a smile and a ‘yeah that’s totally fine’. Our wedding was happy and smooth, the hotel did an amazing job. The staff - every single one of them - were smiling, helpful and amiable. They made us feel welcome and like we belonged.

I have recently arrived home from the pheasant hotel after my long awaited wedding. My wedding was on the 2nd October which was organized by a most amazing wedding planner Becky who could not do enough for us to make our wedding day so special she was absolutely amazing. The reception team were very helpful and even the housekeepers were lovely people and very friendly. The rooms were very clean and the decor was lovely. You can have breakfast in the orangery or in the restaurant. The breakfast was very good and the waiting staff were also very polite and helpful. The actual dinner in the evening was a three course meal the food was unbelievable it was amazing we could not fault anything at all very professional all round. I would also like to mention Hayley the manager who was also always on point making sure everything was going okay.

Visited the Pheasant Hotel as one of my friends was getting married. We stayed 2 nights. Lovely location and surroundings with clean well equipped rooms. From the moment we walked in the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We dined in the restaurant all the time we were there and the food was tasty and well presented. They certainly know what they are doing with a very smooth wedding reception, military operation serving all 90 of us with no problem. Wide range of food and drinks available, nice to see the same staff all weekend (i do wonder if they slept!!!). If we come back to the area we would definitely stay again

I cannot thank Becki and all the staff at the Pheasant Hotel. We held a small wedding which we shared with our immediate family over the weekend. Everything was perfect from the accommodation, to the service we received from all the staff, nothing was too much trouble. The room was absolutely beautiful, but it was the exceptional standard of the food we received everything was perfectly cooked and looked stunning. I cannot thank or recommend the hardworking staff at the Pheasant enough. The day was perfect

Becky and her team were amazing and every little detail was catered for from start to finish. We would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a perfect place for a wedding to remember and memories to cherish!!
