These are ground floor rooms, some have interconnecting doors which are ideal for families or groups and some dog friendly with access close to the rear entrance - perfect for those early morning walkies! The standard & deluxe rooms are very similar in size and decor, the difference being, a grassy bank view or in a deluxe room you will overlook a small garden.

This popular room has a superking size bed, which can be twin beds and also has a pull out sofa bed that sleeps two. Being the largest ground floor room, aswell as the sofa bed there is room for a travel cot or put up bed, if required.
In addition to the above, this accessible room has a wet room bathroom, a shower seat & grab rails and if required a raised toilet seat.
Located on the first floor these are our smallest rooms, without a view, but they are comfy and cosy. Both with 5ft beds which cannot be twinned & baths with showers overhead.
These rooms are located on the first floor, they are larger than the ground floor rooms and are more luxurious in decor. Our Weybourne room is the smallest feature room with a 5ft bed which cannot be twinned, but nevertheless this room is cosy and compact. The Pheasant room is the largest, but has restricted views across the roof towards the garden.
In addition to the above, you will find....
We have travel cots, which you are welcome to use for no extra charge. We also have put up beds suitable for children (12 and under) . These are charged at £30 per child to include breakfast.
Dogs are warmly welcomed in all areas of the hotel, with the exception of the restaurant, but we do operate a well behaved pet policy, so as not to disrupt other guests.
Dogs are charged at £10 per dog per night.
